Introducing Madii: UX/UI Designer and eCommerce Manager at Gardenuity
Madii is the UX/UI Designer and eCommerce Manager for Gardenuity, a company specializing in gardening kits and plant care products. In her role, she focuses on creating an accessible, functional, and delightful digital experience for anyone visiting Gardenuity's website. Her day-to-day activities involve working with designers and web developers to create and improve the website for the benefit of all Gardenuity growers. The upcoming months will see the rollout of numerous exciting updates.
Madii, who has been with the company for seven months, recently shared her insights and interests during an exclusive interview.
Before joining Gardenuity, Madii worked as the Brand Marketing Director for a natural skincare company. Apart from managing the company's branding, she also handled event catering at her brother's local DFW pizza restaurant, which frequently caters for weddings.
Madii was drawn to Gardenuity because of its mission and values that prioritize mental health and environmental efforts. As she learned more about the company, she felt it was a perfect match for her goals.
Every morning, Madii follows two wellness practices. The first involves spending time outside watering her garden, which helps her connect with nature, breathe deeply, and prepare for a productive day. Her second practice is a morning yoga stretch, which allows her to move her body, decompress, and lower her stress levels.
Madii's favorite Gardenuity garden is the Pizza Garden, a testament to her family's passion for pizza. Growing herbs for her brother's Neapolitan pizzeria and experimenting with new flavors in the kitchen are cherished memories she can relive through the Pizza Garden.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Madii studied Integrated Marketing Communications, Business, and Graphic Design at Pepperdine University. She shares her home with an adorable chihuahua named Pepper and enjoys going to concerts and stand-up comedy shows in her spare time.
