Get ready for a fun-filled day as the Rüggeberg Family Festival is back on August 23, 2025! This much-anticipated event will take place at the meadow located at the village entrance of Rüggeberger Str., starting at 15:00.
The festival will offer a variety of activities for all ages. Children can enjoy a bouncy castle and slide, while glitter tattoos and cotton candy will add a touch of fun. The Rüggeberg fire department's volunteer unit and the Rüggeberg gymnastics club have prepared an exciting children's programme to keep the little ones entertained.
For the adults, DJ Skeeto will ensure a lively atmosphere on the dance floor. Meanwhile, the CVJM Rüggeberg will provide a storytelling theater, offering a peaceful and imaginative corner for those seeking a quieter experience.
The event will kick off with a tent service led by Pastor-in-training Volker Langenscheid at 11:00, accompanied by the Good News Choir. From 19:00, the festival tent will open, and live music will commence at 20:00, with Refresh, a cover band from Haspe, taking the stage.
Food and drinks will be available from the start, including fries, currywurst, bratwurst in a bun, waffles, and a drinks cart. A breakfast with bratwurst in a bun and drinks will also be offered after the tent service.
