MOVE Unveils 'Discover ASEAN' Microsite to Boost Regional Tourism
MOVE, Southeast Asia's leading online travel platform, has unveiled 'Discover ASEAN', a digital gateway aimed at bolstering tourism-driven economic growth across the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries. Launched in partnership with the ASEAN Tourism Association (ASEANTA) to commemorate the 58th anniversary of ASEAN, the microsite was inaugurated by notable figures including Ni Luh Puspa, Indonesia's Deputy Minister of Tourism, and Nararya Soeprapto, ASEAN's Deputy Secretary-General.
The 'Discover ASEAN' microsite serves as a comprehensive guide for travelers, offering expertly curated recommendations for cuisine, culture, activities, and destinations throughout the region. It also provides timely health and safety advisories and detailed visa protocols and travel documentation tailored to each country. The microsite features integrated booking tools for flights, hotels, local transport, and other services within the MOVE ecosystem, enhancing regional tourism connectivity.
MOVE CEO, Nadia Omer, expressed the company's commitment to advancing travel and tourism in ASEAN at the launch event. The microsite was presented by Dato Lim Jock Hoi, the president of ASEANTA.
