Russia's 'Three Volcanoes' Park Enters Active Construction Phase
Construction of the 'Three Volcanoes' Park, the largest and most unique tourism project in Russia's Far East, is entering its active phase. The project, which combines expeditionary, ski, and balneological tourism, is set to transform the Kamchatka Krai region. The central part of the project is the 'Goryachaya Sopka' Resort, which will include a hotel complex and ski infrastructure.
The project, which is expected to create additional jobs for local residents, will see all tourist infrastructure in the park being publicly available. Engineering and transport infrastructure facilities are currently being constructed, including a system of heat supply and power supply connections. A regional road of general use is also being built, accessible to both residents and guests of the peninsula.
The investor is currently selecting a general contractor and forming a list of works for 2025, cooperating with Kamchatka entrepreneurs. Despite the lack of specific information on the general contractor for the construction and assembly works, details can be found in local or specialized sources, such as official press releases or the websites of involved companies or authorities. Some objects are expected to become available before the completion of the first phase of the project in 2028.
The 'Three Volcanoes' Park, with its unique combination of tourism offerings, is poised to boost the Kamchatka Krai's economy and attract visitors from across Russia and beyond. With the active construction phase now underway, the region is set to benefit from new jobs and improved infrastructure.
