  2. In the Trips tab, choose the relevant trip for your claim.
  3. Tap File a claim to begin the process.
  4. Fill out the details of who was involved, what happened, and the date (or an approximation) of the incident.
  5. Add any supporting documents you have, and if you're missing some, fear not! You can still file your claim and add the documents later through the app or even via email.
  6. State the amount you're claiming for and sign an honesty pledge to submit your claim.
  7. Track the status of your claim in the Claims tab, or chat with our team if you need help.

What's the turnaround time for processing a claim?

How will I be reimbursed?

If your claim is approved, your funds will be sent to your our website Wallet, your digital card, or your phone's wallet on Apple Pay or Google Pay for easy access and spending. You can also choose to transfer the funds directly to your bank account.
