Swifty's at The Hedges Inn, a renowned restaurant from Palm Beach, has made its Hamptons debut in East Hampton. Already generating significant buzz, the venue has a waitlist of over 1,000 people for July reservations, promising a chic and sophisticated dining experience [2][3].

Another noteworthy addition to the Hamptons dining scene is Drugstore, a summer-long pop-up by celebrity chef Jeremy Fall. Known for his unique culinary approach and social media presence, Jeremy Fall's Drugstore adds a trendy, high-profile flavour to the Hamptons [4].

However, it's not just the newcomers that are turning heads. Wayan & Ma•dé, a top dining experience in East Hampton, is also making a comeback this summer, although it seems to be a returning restaurant rather than a new opening this year [1].

The Montauk Yacht Club's Ocean Club restaurant is offering a delightful selection of lobster rolls, burgers, and steak sandwiches, along with complimentary tiramisu by the pool during the July 4th holiday. Meanwhile, Ruschmeyers Beach Grill, located at the old Placebo restaurant space in Montauk, is serving a coastal menu with local seafood and vegetarian-friendly options [5].

TheHedges Inn, located in East Hampton, has been bought by the owners of Palm Beach's Colony Hotel and now features a see-and-be-seen outpost of the restaurant Swifty's. Crispy Taco Co., previously Uno Mas in Southampton, has changed its name and is also opening a new location at Breakers Montauk, known for their signature tacos and margaritas [12].
